At the service of the community

Established in 2006, the St. Gaspar School has always set itself the goal of training student citizens and not citizens, and nurses capable of services for the most needy in the community, thanks to a comprehensive and professional training program.

From November 2, 2020, the school was elevated to College grades, becoming the St. Gaspar College of Health and Allied Sciences.

The St. Gaspar College is one of the strengths of the hospital because it combines excellent training provided by specialized teachers, consisting of theoretical studies and practical exercises, and daily participation of students in the hospital activities.

The training program

The educational offer of the St. Gaspar College includes four different paths: the first for obtaining the nursing certificate (two years); the second for obtaining the diploma of nurse; the third for the certificate in clinical medicine (2 years) and the fourth for the diploma in clinical medicine (3 years).

The nursing diploma

The nursing diploma trains not only specialized nurses but above all department leaders and coordinators. Spirit of initiative and innovations, theoretical and practical knowledge, relationship skills and organization of the team’s work distinguish our graduates.

The strength of our school?
Theory and practice for a complete and integral training.

The St. Gaspar College was ranked among the best Tanzania’s nursing schools. This allowed our structure to obtain the latest generation of instruments.

Why choose our St. Gaspar College?

In our school we not only train in medical skills and leadership skills but, guided by Catholic principles and by our Founder, we emphasize an education that also pays particular attention to the human, social and spiritual needs of patients and the community.
